Hello everyone, back on Day 1 of SS after a very extended birthday/wedding anniversary/any excuse I can dredge up! for a fall off the CD wagon in October - so here I am , half a stone heavier, feeling hungry and really cross with myself : but happy to be back on the forum... and hopefully in control of my eating again. xx
