WANTED - Helpful tips to get in the SS zone

Welcome back ! I have put photos of me everywhere of when i was happy with my weight and felt good , even changed my wallpaper on my phone and ipad etc !! For me its good to have constant reminders!! I am doing step2 for medical reasons , but i still had an avierage 3lb a week loss which i was quite happy with!!
 
Thanks for that. Unfortunately enjoyed being a size 12 so much never got around to taking photos! This time I need to do it differently. Lost between 6 and 9 stone three times now. But never did the step up...Huge mistake.
 
That was exactly my big mistake !!! Last time i lost 3.5st , i have put about 18lbs back on , purely because i didn't come up the steps got over excited about eating food on holiday (had 4 holidays all all inclusive) and it totally went to pot !! This time i am going to do it right !! I am not setting a date to which i must lose the weight bu , but i am going to jamaica beginning of aug , so i am giving myself plenty of time !! I would like to lose 3 st !
 
I keep reminding myself that my confidence is so low when I look the way I do. I want to be able to go swimming and not feel like people are waiting to see the water level rise as I get in :sigh:
 
My tip is to keep reminding yourself why you are doing this and think of the end result. Being Happy , healthy and getting confidence back. Im on the diet the second time round and have lost 3stone on SS & SS+. First time round i came off the diet all together and put the 2st i lost straight back on binging on rubbish :(. The good thing about being a restarter is you know what to expect , you will be fine once you start hitting your targets. :-D. Must admit i found the second time round harder but its been totally worth it i can now climb a flight of stairs and not feel like im going to pass out and i can run around with my two young children and not get as tired :) YOU CAN DO IT :clap:X
