Hey everyone
I'm new here and starting the cambridge diet plan tomorrow. I started just before christmas to get a feel for it and lost 5 lbs in a week, not even sticking to it 100%. This has made me so determined to get started back again as all the christmas indulging has made me bloated and sick. I can't wait to get started again tomorrow. Have the in-laws Boxing Day party tonight and my last blow out. I have such terrible will power and would love the motivation from anyone who is on it or just starting xxx

Goal 1- get through day 1
Goal 2- get through day 2
Goal 3- get through day 3
Goal 4- get through day 4
Goal 5- lose 7 lbs
Goal 6- lose 14 lbs
Goal 7- lose 28 lbs
Goal 8- lose 50 lbs
