    A lot to lose?

Hello CD starters and CD pro's!!

I'm starting CD on 1st jan to shift these lbs in 2014! Oh and I have a lot of lbs to shift, close to 200 lbs to lose. What a mountain I have to climb! At the moment I can't seem to even begin to have belief I can climb this huge mountain! Or that there is life for me at the other side. At the moment I'm stuck at the bottom of this grey windy rainy mountain and every time I try to climb it I some how lose my footing and slip down to the bottom. I can't even see the sun at the top no more through the clouds just awful rain that I feel I'll never get past! So I put on a safety belt this time (very sensible when climbing these steep mountains) and contacted a CDC! I have a few motivations to help me. One I'm getting married and two I want children after my wedding. So the reason I've rambled on about mountains and stuff is that the amount I have to lose is over whelming me. Has anyone else had a lot to lose and managed to do it? Please anyone comment with some advice, any advice, support, kind words, anything just anything. I need all the help I can get... I'm here for the long haul! Xxx

    Hi there.

Well done on taking the first step and contacting a CDC.

I started cambridge in June this year and have lost just short of 7 stone. It has been hard but well worth it. I still have 2 stone to go which a hope to conquer when I'm back in the zone in January.

It's completely changed my life and I would recommend it to anyone. I don't know exactly how much you have to lose but you just need to take it a stone at a time, stick to it 100% and drink lots of water. I also found that drinking coffee helped to suppress my appetite. I also drank herbal teas too.

    Good luck.
