Anyone else have fluey type symptoms

Whe you first start?! Every single time iv started I get the "flu" for a week. Guessing it's the withdrawal? Iv got it now and I ache everywhere

Hey i am re-starting today...going to get my packs later but i do remember getting the chills quite a bit...think it is your body adapting to the diet and also the release of toxins...keep drinking lots of water, it will soon pass....altho cant say i am looking forward to the first few days
