Day one today. Finding it really hard. Can't stop thinking about eating and food, not actually hungry tho! Drank a lr of water and on my 2nd now! Had one shake so going to have another in about an hour. Ahhh finding it hard! :(
 
Thank you hun, what diet have you been doing? I think it because its day one i am finding it hard and wanting to eat, if i can just get past day one and go from there! When my bf gets home from work is gonna be the hard part as i am a night time eater and snack in front of the TV, i keep telling myself all these people who have done months and months on this diet i am Sure i can last a day, Its keeping me going xxx
 
I lost 2 stone in spring this year and put 1.5 back on that was on sw so I'm back on sw. And just good eating home cooked, no fat and no crap. Also to save money cutting back on takeaways n eating out.

Get through today be 100 % then same tomorrow and ull soon be in the swing.

Find something else to do like come on here. I plan my meals n read recipes but on cd you don't need to. Paint your nails do a face pack. Just try distract urself. X

I feel so grumpy, already had an argument with the bf via txt because he forgot to pick something up... am i gonna turn into crazy lady?! I'm thinking about food constantly and thinking should i just start tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes and i always put it off till tomorrow. I cant let this rule my life, i dunno why food has this HUGE control over me. :(

It's complex Hun, it is an addiction, it's no different to coming off heroine or cigarettes, only it will only last a day or two. I've never done a liquid shake diet. But don't give up because all this crap ur feeling today will be wasted and ull just go through it again tomorrow.

Yes plod on, think how ull feel after day 2 how proud ull be and how happy after. Day 7 and a weigh in. Compared to the dread of starting again.

I just picked up my packs so will start tomorrow morning...will be one day behind you so can help to keep you motivated....i did this before years ago and it does work and i kept the weight off for a while but put back on through stress and not making time for myself to exercise....

keep it up and keep drinking the water or taking teas and coffees to keep warm....
 
Ahh we will be doing it at same time :) have you got much to lose? I have so much to lose I just CANT fail this time. I am struggling on through and getting it done so I hope I feel better tomorrow :( xxx
 
I can defo do this. My husband to be so far tonight has eaten next to me cheese & crackers, short bread and now wheetos! I'm watching him drooling hahaha! Xxx

I can't imagine how hard cd is. But like any other diet it'll be hard.
How does cd work? Just shakes as n when u want one?

Yeah 3 packs a day and I have some bouillon veg stock too and lots of water. Weird how when your on a diet all you do is think of food! So annoying lol xxx

I know my sons got pop tarts in the house my weakness but I will not mess up on first few days cos then I just slip back if I get to first weigh in 100% then I'm ok

I like the packs, there's shakes, soups, porridge and even rice pudding! I just have the soups! It's so hard but so easy too! It completely takes you away from food which means you have to deal with your emotions in other ways rather than turning to food! The hunger ain't the problem, the wanting to eat (habit) is. The results are amazing. On average your guaranteed to lose a stone a month. Once you hit your goal weight you slowly start introducing food again moving up the steps to set your mind into a new way of thinking/eating. This diet is all about the inner battle with fast weight loss Xxx

Well day 1 is def proof your dealing with that.
I guess on sw if u feel crap u can still eat a big bowl of pasta.
When u loose that first half stone/stone ull be buzzing.

my initial target is 3 stone, and then we will see!! I am quite toned and have exercised in the past so look a lot less than i weigh if that makes sense (according to my consultant!

...i am at least 1 1/2 stones lighter than this time last year but i guess it could have been much a lot better....I know that this diet does work and am so determined to make it work...the first few days are the hardest then it is just willpower....I know it is going to be tough...however we need to make the right choices.....keep at it xx
