10 stone in 8 months?

Is it possible? I have lost 5lb in 3 days so far lol.

i want to lose 10 stone which would take me to 14stone. Maybe 2 stone after that would do me. I don't want to be size 8/10. I'm a big girl I will never be a size 8.

So I'm on holiday in July. It's my first wedding anniversary, and I want to go to Alton towers knowing I will fit! I have a feeling this year is going to be a good year.

but would 10 stone be possible?

Hey Hun, tbh you might be better aiming for 8st they say 1stone a month, your first loss will be big but it will even out. But remember how much of a diff even that will make, i was a size 18 at 16st and you look taller than me so you could even be a 16 so you needn't worry about fitting you'll be just fine :)

Stick to plan 100% and don't sweat the rest, it'll drop off as and when it pleases :)

I agree, but you will get there! Stick with it and the weight will fall away. I got onto rides at 16stone without a problem! I look forward to hearing how you get on.
 
Thanks everyone. Reason I asked was last time I did dc, I lost 7 stone in 5months. Would of loved to hot my goal by July. At 16 stone I was a size 16. I wanted to be a size 12-14 before July :( ahh well, hopefully will be more toned this time x

Who knows then, maybe you will! you will lose quicker at the beginning so if that run lasts longer it might happen...positive thoughts :)
