    WARNING VERY GROSS

    Sorry about this but anyone else having problems with slight leaking of poo? Getting very stressed about this
    Start weight - 26-08-14 - 12st 11˝lbs (lost 6˝ before starting so left that in my stats)
    Current weight - 11st 10˝lbs

    Weeks 1&2 (first weigh in) : 8˝
    Week 3 : 4˝
    Week 4 : 1˝
    Week 5 : ˝ (poorly sick)


    Inch loss so far -

    October challenge - 14 lbs - ˝ lbs lost

    Hi guys, without being horrible it sound like over flow. When did you last 'go' properly?


    Week 1- lost 6.5lbs
    Week 2 -lost 2lbs and 3 1/4 inches
    Week 3 - lost 4 1/4lbs
    Week 4 and 5 - 6 3/4 lbs 5 3/4 inches
    week 6 -lost 2.5lb
    week 7 - lost 3.5lb

    5 weeks off plan. Restarted 9/5/2013 (weighed on my scales this morning)

    I think that they've changed the formula slightly, as this has been a problem for me this time.... I thought it was 'overflow' so I took a laxative...... BIG MISTAKE!!

    Don't think it's the products because I'm using ones from last year that are in date.

    It's like tar, or black oil. I reckon it's fat. It's the same sort of poop you get on the tablets the dr give you.
