    Struggling

    I am on week 4 and struggling. My downfall-picking, tasting, etc. I only lost a Pound this week which was such a disappointment because I only had one blip which was a planned meal at my fathers as a late Christmas celebration. I know I should be pleased- 18lbs in 3 weeks. On other diets a pound would be fine! Today I let my disappointment get the better of me and ate a mouthful of lemon tart and three biscuits. Punished myself by missing one cd product but hope I have not undone too much. So cross! I was avoiding minimins too which is a sure sign things are not good. Tomorrow is a new day....

    You cannot undo the past, you can only learn from it.... this diet is not a prison sentence, it's a choice, and tomorrow, you will choose not to eat.
    The weight loss is what it is... you cannot eat any less. the lack of result on the scale is not a cause for concern, more likely that you are just retaining a bit of water, it will disappear in the next few days. I know that it's hard, but try not to let the scale rule your emotions... measure yourself, try on some old clothes that were on the tight side and reward yourself with something pretty!
    It took more than just a mouthful of lemon tart to gain the weight and it will take more than that to stop you from losing it!
