    Unhappy First weigh in this evening

    Hiya Everyone

    I have my first weigh in this evening after being 100% SS. The problem is, according to my scales, I have only lost 3lbs. Yes I know a loss is a loss but on this plan and for my first week this is very upsetting. I am hoping my scales are totally wrong and when I weigh in officially it is a few more pounds.

    Current weight - 12st1.5lbs

    Week 1-4 : 16lbs off
    Week 9 - 0.5 - had weekend away so delighted
    Week 10

    Inch loss so far - 3" from waist, 2" from bust and 1.25"

    March challenge - 14 lbs - 0.5 off so far
