I'm on day 3 and into ketosis, I do feel hungry but water and keeping busy makes me forget about it.
I started on Wednesday, on Monday and Tuesday I had virtually zero carbs and no sugar (meat, eggs, cheese) and by the start of day 2 I was in ketosis.
I have a countdown timer on my phone for the end of 12 weeks when I can eat again, looking forward to week 3 and havingthe bars. The last time I did the diet porridge wasn't part of the diet, at least with this and the bars I will hopefully get around missing chewing on food!
To be honest I do find this relatively easy, to me coming off the diet and being able to eat food causes me issues and weight gain. I seem to have strong willpower for this and none for eating healthy food.
