Continuing CWP after keyhole surgery.
I'm having exploratory surgery next Friday, and I've been told by my lovely CWPC that I need to wait at least 4 - 6 weeks before starting again. For those of you that have had surgery, did you feel well enough to start CWP 4 weeks after surgery? They are advising I start at step 4 and work down...
A year from now you'll wish you started a year ago....... I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it!
I lost 2 stone 1lb prior to starting Cambridge on 06/08/2013.
