Day 10, feeling very weird
After some advice please. Now on day 10 and have felt very strange yesterday and today. Dizzy, sick, aching limbs. I'd say I feel worse now than the few days at the start that we're bad. The only good thing is I don't feel Hungary at all. I've been in ketosis since day 3 so can't be that. Been drinking loads of water so not that either. Anyone else had this? Hope it passes soon.
I sometimes have dizzy spells if I leave it too long between shakes. I now do SS+ (4 shake option) so I am more regular with my shakes.
It could also be something as simple as you are coming down with something and nothing to do with the diet.

Yup I'm on day 6 and this morning messaged my CDC as felt awful. I have felt week, achy, faint & miserable all day had 5 chicken satays from Iceland while I was out, hope they don't knock me out of ketosis?
