Newbie....

Hi all, today is my day 2 and I'm doing ok, feel a bit hungry at the min but have tucked myself.up in bed far away from the kitchen lol keeping myself busy by reading some very inspirational stories, is there anyone out there on day two or recently started ? Or anyone who remebers day two who can offer any advice ???
I've found personally for me chewing sugar free gum really helps ease the hunger pangs and also today I spoilt myself with a can of zero coke today which I enjoyed very much, the shakes and soups are quite nice but enjoyed a cold fizzy drink without feelling guilty !!

Well, I'm on day one after taking the weekend off..... It's fine at the moment....
 
I have just had my first weigh in and lost 3 kg (6.6 pounds). It was really exciting! I no longer have hunger pains but did have a cry last night when cooking dinner for my family. This is tough, but I am determined to lose some kilos!
