    Starting cwp

    After failing at ww and sw I have decided to start cwp. I have been reading the forums and iv contacted a local consultant and she is going to ring me this evening.

    I have lots of questions for her I'm not sure what step there going to start me on I'm hoping its sole source as I'm looking to something to take the constant food thoughts and obsession away. As I can never just have one.

    I want to start after my birthday 4th feb as we are away that week.

    My bmi is 48

    I'm a bit worried about the cost of the plan as my hubby will still be on proper food but I spend way too much on food now anyways plus the monthly magazine from ww and monthly meeting fees.

    I'm prepared for the hard work as ill be at home and work when people are eating normal food but I need to get my weight under control and I know the fast results will motivate me.

    I've really enjoyed Sole Source as I had lately started to not be able to just have one biscuit etc. Having to cut it all out entirely in the short term has been great for me - I went off-plan for about ten days over Christmas, and I found myself turning down desert and biscuits etc. That was after being on plan for about five weeks.

    Good luck and let us know what your consultant says.
