Down a clothes size
Been to dig out my old wardrobe full of slimmer clothes.
I am down a size in everything. Can now wear off the peg Next or Levi's jeans which I couldn't do before. Used to go a couple of times a year to America and am amazed how many 'new' clothes I am going to be able to wear soon. It's like having a new wardrobe.
Luckily men's fashions don't change as much as women's, these things are about 6 years old!
