    Starting ss tomorrw

    HI guys !

    I'm starting ss tomorrow and could really use a buddy to help me along if anyone is just starting out too?

    Advice/ tips greatly welcome and appreciated! ?

    Total Weight Loss: 0st8lb

    % Lost 3.35%
    Water water water and take a day at a time and try not to jump on and off the scales.

    I restarted Friday and have done it before, it isn't easy at times but when is anything you really want easy.........

    You can and you will do it.

    ( if you have a slip up just move on the next minute and not the next day, next day restarting can lead to massive food errors. Remember too you can always have a ss+ day and have a meal if you are struggling it won't affect your losses)

    I am starting next wednesday. I am starting no carbs today as I cant get to my CDC until next week so getting into it with my water intake etc so hopefully next week wont be a huge shock. I found water was the key for me too and planning was a big thing. Planning for social events making sure I can choose wisely at wherever we were going to stay on plan. I am restarting after having my son and now back at work so can be disaplined once again instead of meeting the girs for cake and picnics lol.

    Good luck hun its hard but so worth it. Looking back at pics before I got pregnant is helping me forward! xxx

    i look at previous pictures of when I lost it and it makes a massive difference, a real boost.

    Also rewards lol.....little ones.....and never food.

    Hi girls

    Sorry i have not replied!

    I am on day 4 now of SS and i must say today has been the hardest with both water and food!

    I have been craving meat all day but I'm not giving in!

    I am re-starting on Tuesday after 6 yrs off plan. I lost 1 stone bk in 2009 and now im back to go the full lenth this time round. I have 5 stone to lose and i av an appointment with my new CWP counciller tomorrow! I need buddys too to support each other on this journey to thinness lol.

    I have around 6/7 stone to lose, I too am a restarter.

    My first weigh in is on Tuesday It Would be really nice to buddy up and get thin together lol ?

    Hi! I am also a re-starter... I have lost six stones previously but have gained one back since I moved to Dubai last May. I am going to lose four stones using sole source.
