Hi all,

I restarted the Cambridge weight plan and am doing sole source. Did originally begin back in October but went back to old habits after a few slip ups. Anyway... New year and I am feeling more determined than ever to shed the weight I need to. I am currently 16 stone 10 pounds and want to get down to around 10 or 9.5 stone depending on how I look ans feel. If anyone else is looking for a Cambridge buddy for support and swapping advice and tips etc then please let me know.

First day of plan as gone okay... Feeling hungry but know this will pass in a few days.

I'm a restarter too I started on the 9th of jan my confirmed weight loss is 13lb my next weigh in is this fri and I hoping for 4lbs loss, I lost 9lb in week 1 and 4lb week 2. Found it bit harder this time round but I haven't felt as gross as before lol

Thanks I'm hoping to lose 11 pounds in first week 2 weeks to take me into 15's will see how it goes though!!!
 
Thank you . I want to lose another 3.5 stone in total ideally by june that is my main aim :) You'll hit your targets no worries

How do u find it. It's quite drastic but drastic weight loss calls for drastic measures. When did you go into ketosis?
 
I'm not sure I didn't feel as if I was in ketosis until this week! Last time was day 3 but I'm not sure

I guess it's different for different ppl. Will having milk in tea stop you from going into ketosis?
 
Yes apparently so. Have to have Black tea or herbal but not fruity teas because of the citric acid. I have redbush tea as that can be black and has no caffeine

Hiya I've had a good week no cheating I've added a protein option to my day so guess I'm on ss plus now just having biy of chicken or 2 hard boiled eggs it's stopped me nibbling, felt great yesterday but then this evening the dreaded totm has decided to curse me the night before weigh in rarrrr makes me cross feeling bit bloated now but nothing I can do I've done all I can lol how are you getting on ? :)

That's very good. And at least you haven't gone off plan which is great! I'm on day 11 and feeling fine at the moment. Week one was tough but now I'm fine. How much did u lose in first week?
 
Wow so you've deep lost a stone in three weeks!!! That's amazing! Do u feel or notice a difference?
 
Yes definitely total loss is 15lbs but just before I started the plan I lost 2lb my start weight on 2nd jan was 15st 10lb I started this on 9th jan so total loss is 2st 3lbs I've noticed in my face less chins and my clothes feel looser and my tummy feels flatter which is nice lol I was hoping for a 3lb loss this week fingers crossed
