    Starting tomorrow- 1st feb!!

    I have an appointment with a cd consultant at 5 today! I am excited and hoping I can start tomorrow! This will be my first time on a vlcd and was wondering if any one wanted to be my diet body, to support each other, especially anyone starting around the same time? Also has anyone got any advice on things I need to ask the consultant?

    Well day one was ok actually, I even managed to sit with a glass of water while my oh and son are a massive carvery, my favourite meal!! However I have to say I had porridge for breakfast which I literally could not stand!! It was the texture I think, it actually made me feel sick :-( and the same with the veg soup I had for tea! Think I'm definitely just gonna be a shakes person, havnt tried the rice pudding yet but seen it's not got the best reviews! My consultant is really nice and said I can swap any packs that I don't like and she will use them for herself so will definitely be paying her a visit ASAP. I just think I'm much much less likely to stick with it if I don't like what I'm Having and really really wanna give it a good go! X

    The rice pudding isn't too bad the veg soup is prob my least fave so far but I love the mushroom one!

    I don't like mushrooms but think I will give the soups one last chance today, and try the oriental chilli, if I can't stand it then gonna swap them. The porridge on the other hand I am deff not trying again! Yuk lol! Will try the rice pudding today, really hope it's ok as it will feel more like 'food' rather than just having shakes x

    The oriental chilli is lovely! The rice pudding tastes nice but the texture is a bit funny but just try not to think about it lol xx
