Step 1 Sole Source + Water !!!!!

Does anyone have any tips for getting the water down I really struggle & it's why I don't stick to plan!!!

I really need this diet to work for me, I'm on my first few days but keep saying i will start tomorrow :(

I tend to find the times I feel hungry that water gets me over it.

I average about 4 litres a day, 1 of which I add the Cambridge flavours to.

Can you not manage black coffee or tea?
 
The only way i manage to drink water is setting a reminder on my phone every hour and drinking then, otherwise i can go the whole day without drinking!
 
I add hot water to mine. I don't like drinking so much cold water in this weather so add so hot to it to make it less cold. Goes down a lot easier. I manage about 4 litres a day this way.
