    Exclamation IM BACK!!

    Its been 6 years but im finally back. I lost a stone back in 2008 but give it up due to liking my food and alcohol too much. I have booked an appointment with my new CWP counciller for tomorrow and hopefully start on Tuesday, hopefully lol. Is anyone else starting on the 11th Jan? Buddys and support needed this time round, I WILL stick to SS 100% this time. I am looking to lose 5 stone. This Journey will be tough, but im older and wiser and now "This Is It" !!

    hi hun, good luck! Im starting tomorrow after seeing my consultant at 9am. Been from cwp to slimming world and now back again, the big losses are what i want and you only get it with cambridge! x

    We can support each other along the way, how much are you looking to lose and are you on SS? The weightlosses per week encouraged me to carry on last time and hopefully this time it will be easier. Its those nibbling moments that got me when i was on the plan, but the sooner i get into ketosos, the better lol. My family (sisters) keep saying that i won't stick to the diet, so another thing i want to do is show them i CAN do this and not fail again like the previous time. Anyway, i'm looking forward to this journey and to see those pounds fly off in so little time
