Step2 810kcal Was hoping for better results

Ok so I had my third weigh in today and only lost a pound again... I haven't cheated once, and I do everything I should be doing. Whatever diet I do I just can't seem to shift the weight. I've been to the doctors and they just say there's nothing wrong and send me away. Don't get me wrong I have lost but it's coming off me really slowly when everyone else seems to have quicker losses on this diet :/ any advice?

Week 1 - 1lb loss
Week 2 - 6 pound loss
Week 3 1lb loss
 
I tend to find my weight loss is up and down.

Have you considered trying SS+?
 
I have such an active job I don't no if I could cope as I burn about 200 calories a day at work but I might have to consider it if I don't lose this week x
 
My loses are very yo-yo also. Don't let it get you down, it's all going in the right direction, that's what matters :)
 
Once I got passed the end of the second week on SS ive been able to start exercising every day so its doable.

. It would be alright if I could lay down at home if I felt light headed - but I just think I would struggle if I felt light headed at work.

I'm on SS and I work in a busy care home which is very understaffed, so I'm not exaggerating when I say that I don't sit down for 8 hrs every day, I booked a week off to get my body used to SS, ended up with tonsillitis and couldn't even do it, so just had to go for it and hope for the best at work, and since I've been back at work it's been fine and it's coming off nice and quick too, I also find I'm too busy to feel hungry, so much so that I'm dreading my weekend off as that's when I struggle lol!xx
