    Hey

    ive just started cambridge I'm in my 4 week and have not blipped once, does anyone go gym whilst on this plan as my job is in office and don't get much excerise

    thoughts please

    Ive been walking 3-5km most days for the last week or so. Havent chanced the gym yet.

    19th Oct - 10 6 (post 2 weeks in the sun)
    24th Oct - 10 4 (could have done better this week)
    31st Oct - 10 4 (there are not enough roly eyes, my own fault)

    I am on week 2 and I havnt started the gym yet, but on my days off I take my dog for a long walk (6-8 miles).

    Get through 1 week: DONE!
    Lose 1 stone. Done!

    Week 1: -7lbs (6 days)
    Week 2: -7lbs
