ive just started cambridge I'm in my 4 week and have not blipped once, does anyone go gym whilst on this plan as my job is in office and don't get much excerise
Ive been walking 3-5km most days for the last week or so. Havent chanced the gym yet.
I am on week 2 and I havnt started the gym yet, but on my days off I take my dog for a long walk (6-8 miles).
