Is it contra-indicated? I possibly have this, and not sure what to do. Have contacted my lovely CWPC, but wondered if anyone else could advise?

Randomly, I am gobsmacked that it is only below 14 that is contraindicated.

Thanks Chlo, I've been reading a little more and I think it should be OK, fingers crossed!
