What's your cheat meal going to be when you reach your goal?
I cant decide. Im thinking honey chilli chicken and steamed rice with a whipped ice cream cone after.

Nachos and ribs. Oh what I'd give to have my favourite foods then turn back time so it didn't do any damage!
Weight loss to date:
Week 1: 13lbs
Week 2: 6lbs
Total : 1stone 5lbs
We'll be hitting the Mandarin all you can eat buffet, all you can eat chinese food and an entire desserts section including but not limited to a giant chocolate fountain with 50+ dipping things, also cakes ice creams and lots of other goodies, But here's the twist, I'll be consciously making myself not over eat, I will have one plate of food and one dessert, for me it isn't about cheating and gorging myself, it's about proving to myself I can go out for a meal to a place like that and not put away my usual 4/5 plates and 3/4 desserts xx
