    Returning after 5 years!

    Hi all,

I first began Cambridge around 5 years ago, and posted on this for support as well as finding brilliant information and tips to keep me focused.

In total, I lost just over 4 stone. 5 years later, and I've put all but half a stone back on. I've recently tried a few diets (slimming world, 5:2) but have found nothing that worked as well as when I got in the zone on Cambridge.

So I took the plunge and saw a CC last week, and am recommencing the diet tomorrow! I've decided to do 810 this time round as I'm now in a relationship and want to share a meal of sorts with my other half still.

So I wanted to say hello again and thank you to everyone who supported me last time!

    Liz

Thanks bobblesbon. I found the diet great last time. Hard at times but keeps you motivated with good losses. You just have to make sure you head is 'in the game' so to speak!

Have you been for your first appointment yet?

Yes I went last week, wasn't there long, thought I would have been given more info to be honest, didn't ask how much I wanted to loose.

Snap. I lost loads in 2009 and then proceeded to put it all back on during the last 5 years through horrific eating habits. I am starting again next week but am not seeing my CDC until next Sunday so am going to try and cut back a bit on the carbs this week in preparation. I am also thinking of 810 as it is so much more difficult the second (or 35th) time round, I haven't quite made up my mind yet.

    Good luck with this week.

    Hi all,

Thanks for your messages of support. How are you all getting on?

Day 1 nearly down and not found it too bad. Had chicken kebabs for tea (recipe from the iphone app). Got 1 product left to go.

Hope you're all doing ok too.
