Not really a moisturizer (and you've got to be careful with it as it burns your eyes if you forget it's on your hands) but there's a chilli body gel by Balo that I swear by! It really feels like it's tightening by skin, it's supposed to get rid of cellulite (I haven't noticed that but it does feel like it firms). Shea butter is also quite good for stretch marks etc, but not sure if that'll help with flabby skin.
Make sure you exfoliate everywhere in the shower/bath, think that helps so much more than some of the products I use! Are you finding the Palmers works?
I use a body brush, the Internet says it can help with sagging skin and I need all the help I can get. It takes a couple of minutes a day and apparently will work wonders. I also use Palmers, but mainly because I love the smell too.

Im a beauty therapist and we use decleor products at work.. Try the slim effect balm and slim effect gel cream.. Both break down cellulite which leaves the skin smooth and firm you pay a bit more but there amazing or the sculpt serum is really good for stretch marks xx
