    Soul source plus

    Hey

    Well im on day two and went through every emotion, side effect possible today........ but I'm getting there!!

    I have seen loads of people starting off on just soul source with great weight losses in the first weeks, is it the same with ss+?

    I'm on day 4 and really struggled till about lunch time today when something just clicked and my hunger pangs disappeared.

    I asked a similar question about weight loss on SS+ as I think it would benefit me to go up a step.

    Anyway looking forward to some responses.

    I alternate between the 2 steps. Made no difference to me. Losses are below. They say there's not much in the 2 plans. Good luck.

    Thank you, I felt like If I picked the plus plan then I'm at least looking forward to a small meal a day!! I'm just hoping it's going to all be worth it, lol..... I automatically went to have a can of diet coke earlier picked it up and thought..... Aaargghh I can't have this lol!! X x x

    Is coke zero different from diet coke? My consultant said no to diet drinks .

    I would avoid for the first couple of weeks if you can, your body is more likely to be kicked out of ketosis than later into the diet.

    Avoid anything with citric acid in it, diet drink wise.

    I've had it from day one. Didn't think it had citric acid in and doesn't affect ketosis?
