    Hey everyone
    Considering starting on the cambridge diet tomorrow. Anyone else starting?

    I am restarting on Monday. Can't wait, I have been eating like a pig and need the detox.

    Week 1 - 17st 2lbs (aaaaaaaagh)

    Week 2 - 16st 9lbs (-7lbs)
    Week 3 - 16st 6lbs (-3lbs) - total loss 10lbs
    Week 4 - 16st 3lbs (-3lbs) - total loss 13lbs (not bad as it was the night after prom, and I had chicken and veg...... ok, ok, and a profiterole)

    Changed to Lighterlife/Cambridge hybrid. Best of both worlds.
    Week 5 - 16st 1lb ) - 2lbs total loss 1st 1lb (TOTM)
    Week 6 - 16 st 12lbs - 3lb total loss 1st 4lbs
    Week 7 - 16st 11lbs - 1lb Hmmmm. Not sure what happened there. Expected a bigger loss.
