SS - Week 2 - Not losing!!!

:mad::mad: Okay, so I'm on day 12 today on SS, been 100% everyday however since my last weigh in I have only lost 1 pound!! What the hell! I'm having three shakes a day, no food, feeling like **** and all for one pound. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, you guys all do so fabulously and I am totally stuck here. In fact since yesterday I've actually regained a pound despite weighing myself at the same time!

Also I'm feeling quite bloated in the evenings, is this normal? And could it contribute to the weight on the scales? Is there anything to be done to combat this?

I seriously don't know what to do, I can't keep doing SS 100% and not losing, this is only week two! Do you think something might be wrong with me?

Nothing wrong with you. Your body is adjusting to being on the diet. You will go through peaks and troughs, you need to think long term.

As for feeling bloated, some people say they suffer if they eat too late. I take fibre to help with trips to the loo and the bloating hasn't bothered me.

I am on week 8 and am disappointed when the scales don't move for a few days, however, I never put weight on and eventually it does shift.

Keep going! If you are finding SS too difficult I can recommend SS+, I changed in week 2 and don't feel it has affected my losses.
 
Stick with it. I have weeks where in 5 days I lose nothing then boom I lose loads over a few days. Weighing everyday is lethal. Just remember you will lose weight on this diet, it does work. What did you lose in week 1?


Wk 1 -8lb
Wk2 -6lb
Wk3 -3lb
Wk4 -4lb
Wk5 -3lb
Wk6 -3lb
Wk7 -3lb
Wk8 -STS :-(
 
Im on step 2 and have had slow weight loss too - no matter what i do it comes off slow but you just have to be positive! As long as its coming off thats all that matters so keep with it an it will get easier xx

Week 1 ; -2lb
Week 2 -6lb
Week 3 -2lb
Week 4 -2lb
Week 5 -1lb

I have lost 8 inches from my body too so maybe your losing inches! Xx
