Stopped losing weight

Hi all,

Some advice please. So last week I stayed the same, this was my 8th weigh in. Wasn't too disheartened as had good losses before. My CDC moved me to step 2 for a week to kickstart my metabolism. I've not cheated at all and just coming to the end of week 9 but still not lost anything. That's 12 days with no movement!!!! Still in ketosis as been checking. Being good with my water so not that. Not totm either although that never affects me much anyway.

Anyone have any advice? Want to lose another stone and a bit but its not shifting!!!!

30 lbs in 8 weeks is awesome!!!
Have you had your measurements taken again? Sometimes the weight stalls but the inches fall.
I wouldn't be disheartened at all - look at the overall picture hun

I know it's really good but really don't want another sts week. Even just a few lb would be good. I defo won't cheat or come off the diet just wondered if this had happened to anyone else. I've seen people have a sts week but not 2 sts weeks in succession. Xxx

I haven't had any STS but I feel your pain, I tend to lose weight a couple of days running and they STS for a few.

Overall picture is the key as you say, I am hanging on 1lb off 3 stones loss and its got my head battered, psychologically anyway!

I'm normally like you, nothing for 4-5 days then a few days of loads but nothing since the Friday before last is disheartening. I won't give up though as know it works, I am burning fat as still in ketosis so just focusing on that. My consultant is speaking to head office tomorrow to get there advice as she said I should have lost something by now. She's so supportive. Moved up to step 2 after the sts week but not made any difference yet. My main worry is they make me come off for a few days to come out of ketosis and then start again, don't really want to but may have to. Thanks for your support and fingers crossed your lb disappears ASAP!!! X

Lost that extra lb this morning, now I want to be down another lb as it will sound so much better going from 20st to 16st something.

Hope your situation improves too!
 
Well done, that's fab.
Nothing for me at all still :-( Hopefully my consultant comes up with a plan today. Will let you know.

I hope your CWPC comes up with something. I'd be tempted to drop back down to sole source and see what happens...

I was thinking that. Maybe have one meal to come out of ketosis and then straight back to ss. Will see what she says. I must be burning fat though or surely I'd be ill.

Someone at work was ill at the weekend. They ate carbs and by Monday had lost 3lbs. Might be worth a kick start.
 
Still nothing lost. Going to have tomorrow off plan unless something happens in the morning. Will be back to ss Sunday. Fingers crossed that works or think ill cry!!!! X
