Some advice please. So last week I stayed the same, this was my 8th weigh in. Wasn't too disheartened as had good losses before. My CDC moved me to step 2 for a week to kickstart my metabolism. I've not cheated at all and just coming to the end of week 9 but still not lost anything. That's 12 days with no movement!!!! Still in ketosis as been checking. Being good with my water so not that. Not totm either although that never affects me much anyway.
Anyone have any advice? Want to lose another stone and a bit but its not shifting!!!!
