    Fish on sole source plus

    Hi advice please.
    When I do my evening 200 cal meal I have been told I can't have fresh salmon or fresh tuna is this true? Why? Also why can't we have red meat as they are protien

    No you are not supposed to, you can have fresh tuna on 810. I do have salmon every now and again and it doesn't effect ketosis, but it isn't as low in calories.
