    Difference between SS+ and Step 2

    If you're only having three products anyway is the only difference beteen SS+ and Step 2/810 200 mls of skimmed milk or a yogurt? What I want is two meals and two products rather than 1 meal and 3 products. Do I need to move to Step 3 if thats the case?

    Yep. On 810 you get more protein and more milk allowance. Step 3 is 2 products, 2 meals and milk. Have a look in the book x
