Target weight - higher than BMI of 25

My target is 16 stones, at this weight my BMI will still be over 30 and unhealthy.

However, I don't think I would look healthy if I was much slimmer than that, has anyone else set their target at a more realistic level for their body type rather than aiming for a BMI of less than 25?

I have set mine just inside a bmi of 25 and I really don't think it's achievable or sustainable.

I got two stone from goal just before Christmas put 2 stone on over Christmas and keep going up down up down between those two stones and can't get past that. So am wondering if I should just stick with that.

I have still lost 7 stone.

I've set my goal to a BMI of 24.9. I haven't been that light on the scales in over 20 years. I was definitely a young teenager at the time. I'm now a BMI of 26.6 and I look fine to be honest. My weight loss has completely slowed to nothing too. I'm going to stay for another week or two on SS+ and see how it goes. I'm happy though at this weight if nothing more comes off.

My target will be above 25. I got down to 10 and a half a few years back (around 30 BMI) and to be honest I started looking older and was happy with how I looked. I don't care if I am a bit chunky, rather that than have the wrinkles kick in and fat is a natural botox equivalent ;) (OMG, why am I justifying being fat.. grrrr)

I set mine to 28, but I just don't want to be that thin. So I've moved it a bit higher up, more of a goal than anything. Once I get to there I will take another good look at myself and see where I want to go from there. I don't think its possible to know until you get there to be honest.
