Hi, I'm Tracy, and going for my intake appointment on Monday at 4 p.m. Have allowed my weight to creep up from 64kg to 95kg - to my eternal shame :eek: I will post my stats after each weigh-in, and am hoping to give and receive support on the forum. It would be nice to have a buddy to chum me along the way. Anyone else ready to begin or just started? Thanks.
 
Hi Tracy, I started Cambridge yesterday, so far so good. I'd love to share this journey with you, and hopefully have a few laughs along the way. Let me know how your finding the diet and look forward to getting to know you. Good luck. Anne. X

i have started tonight. I'm in perth, australia and I was 91kg at my weigh in today - my heaviest ever :(. I did Cambridge in 2006 and lost 2 stone.
I'm coming back to in September for a wedding so determined to be under 70kg by then.

Well it's the start of day 3 for me. Going well so far, have been tempted but stuck to it 100% so really proud of myself, am hoping it gets a little easier from here on in. Have a mouth like a dead persons today so I'm praying that's ketosis kicking in. I'm also really cold??
Hope this is all worth it next Monday when I get weighed, I'll keep you posted.

Day 2 done, I've been doing sole source+ to get me started, so a couple of slices of chicken and some feta cheese. Felt a bit light headed this morning, but got over that, and stuck to the 3 packs. Feeling very positive!!
 
Good for you. I'm having 3 packs a day but a little skimmed milk for my tea as I couldn't face life without it. First weigh in on Monday morning. So hoping I've done well. X

I started this Tuesday too, 18 march.
Been a tough few days but glad to buddy up for support and encouragement!!
 
Start of day 5 for me today. Yesterday was the worst day yet, starving hungry all day, but I didn't give in to temptation, I kept busy and thankfully today it seems to have passed. Looks like everyone is doing ok, it's really not been as bad for me as I was expecting to be truthful, I do have the weekend to get through though but weigh in is on Monday so that gives me the incentive to keep on it. I was so hungry yesterday that I was even craving foods that I don't particularly like. Lol. Onwards and upwards beautiful people. Good luck. X
 
My weigh in is due Monday but actually going in on Sunday! :) so will be the first to update.

Today was tough. Really craved something salty so had a small piece of smoked mackerel instead of my product at lunchtime. Hoping that it's ok cos it's protein ;)

Be strong ladies, the weekend is hard!
 
Also wanted to say how glad I am to see some people on this thread measure in Kg!! I'm going for a 25kg loss over all, approx 4 stone. That makes me healthy. Another stone or two will be perfect BMI :)
 
Ah ok I cant wait to see your results, have you been weighing yourself at home also....?
I should think a small amount of protein and missing your product would be fine. I caved in and had 180g of tuna last night with salt and pepper and that was nice! And def helped with the hunger issues Ive been struggling with! I have about 4 stone to lose (25kg haha) too....
 
I completely messed up last night and both ate and drank, went to bed so upset with myself that I cried. Back on it today with fresh resolve so I've got from now till Monday mornings weigh in to pull this round. I'm praying it's not completely ruined things. X
 
Hi new diet buddies:D Great to 'meet' you all. Well today is Day 4 for me and doing ok. Fingers crossed for the first weigh-in on Monday night. The consultant was really very helpful and encouraging. I need to lose 30 kg. I've managed to stick to it so far, but missed my giant bag of Friday night crisps dreadfully. Anne, 1 day shouldn't make any difference. Don't beat yourself up about it. I think the biggest step is that we've all actually got off our backsides and started to do something about it. Good Luck for the weigh-ins everyone.
 
Thanks for that, I know I will have still lost as looking at the week as a whole I've still consumed way less calories than I have previously. It's more the disappointment at myself, I was in ketosis, doing sooo well and then allowed myself to fall off the wagon!
It's day 6, got weigh in on Monday, so let's get on with it.

Hey Anne, I feel your pain, I had a tough day today too. Really went off plan and ate toast and popcorn!
Tomorrow is my weigh in. I'm hoping it's still positive and will keep at it.
Thanks for the encouragement. You're right, it is good we are doing something!!
 
I need to seriously get trucking with my water. Only had 2 glasses this morning and it's 12:20 now. :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:
 
I'm seriously not into this whole water thing. I really don't enjoy it and am having to literally force it down me. I've found that little and often is the key with me, so everytime I go to the kitchen I have a small glass full. If anyone has any tips for making it more pale table please share. X
