    Really starting to panic now!

    I'm only a third of the way through my weight loss and already my skin look's like a very old very well used carrier bag! It's gross! Especially the bulging sagging skin between my leg's and on my stomach, I'm doing mild to moderate exercise every day, but it's not going down, I've been smothering myself in palmers skin firming butter, using boi oil and I exfoliate my skin all over daily, There doesn't seem to be anything else I could be doing to help my skin but nothing is working, I'm feeling really crappy about it and I'm finding it hard to be happy about my losses when underneath my clothes I feel even less womanly than I did before I started losing the weight

    I can totally sympathize I am panicking about that too! I've lost 31lbs up to now and my arms are really sagging. Still get really dizzy when I attempt the gym so no idea how to combat it. Hoping some people have some good suggestions on this one! Only thing keeping me going is that at least I look better and am healthier even if it is just with clothes on!

    I've bingo wings too. I did 7 aggresive days in the gym and my weightloss really slowed so I've stopped it all now. Not sure how to go forward so I'll be looking at this thread with interest. My stomach flab has gone all soft and squishy too. So annoying.

    I'm very interested in this topic, I have 5 stone to lose and as I'm hoping it's going to start shifting quickly I am also worried about the side effects. I've been assured that it takes time for the body to adjust so you may see an improvement with the skin with time. Fingers crossed.

    Well I'm currently using exfoliating gloves daily, massage creams for stretch mark's twice a day, I spend ages massaging it into the worst areas as this is meant to help, Also using Bio oil twice a day and I'm also putting some in my bath's too, I'm also doing yoga daily and walking about a mile a day with the dog, and I'm also punching the crap out of the punchbag to help my bingo wings, so I really don't think I could be doing more to help my skin regain it's suppleness, but so far it just seem's to be drooping more and more daily :'( I've got a holiday booked for July and I'm hoping to be at my goal by then, but if this skin is still this bad I just know it'll be very bittersweet for me, another summer spent hiding under layers of clothes, But this year it'll be for my skin rather than my fat :'( xx
