SPLIT UP FROM MY BOYFRIEND ;(

Had the hardest past few weeks, changing myself emotionally and physically for the better. But it's now just that bit harder because I've now split up with my ex of 6 months. Since starting cwp my life has changed for better and for worse. Changed so drastically these past few weeks on starting. Support needed please xxx

My first week on Cambridge my boyfriend and I broke up. I somehow managed to stay on it 100% and felt soooo proud of myself as a result. It's hard, I can appreciate it. But I stayed on track knowing if I could stick with it at this difficult time I could probably stick with it to lose all the weight. That first weigh in I lost 10 pounds. Tomorrow I start my 5th week. Also, "cheating" is NOT going to make you feel better, but I promise you sticking with it and getting great losses will. It gets easier, that's another promise. Hang in there. :-)

Just imagine how fantastic you're going to feel if you bump into him in a couple of months time. You're going to be a stronger person, look fantastic and feel a million dollars. His loss my sweet girl, just keep going, we're all here for you. Lots of hugs. Xx

I agree with Anne! Lose that weight and show him what he is missing! Or even better.. Lose the weight and find someone else who treats you a lot better! But remember you are doing it for yourself, not for anybody else. Were all in it together!! Xxx

Very well thank you for asking. I had my 4th weigh in yesterday and have lost 1 1/2 stones . Pretty pleased with that. It's really hard sometimes, but try to tell myself you only need to do this once, and you'll be so happy when you're done. How about you, all going well hopefully... :-)

That's a fantastic loss, I had my first weigh in yesterday and had lost an amazing 11lbs. Obviously I'm not expecting anything like that to carry on but if I can mirror your losses over the coming month I'll be over the moon.
Can you really see a difference now when you look in the mirror or try things on? X

Well done to you! The first week I've lost 10 pounds, after that 4, 3, and 4. I am 5"3 and started at about 18 stone...yikes! And well my consultant take photos after every stone and takes measurements every week. I saw a big difference after the first stone, in the photos...a And I'm def down more than 1 size. I think a stone for me equals a size. I'll tell you it feels really great, and you will also feel that. I was told most folks lose about a stone a month after that first month...I'll take that quite happily! Continue your great work! :-)

Yeah it's hard when you're on the short side. I'm about 5'3 1/2 and started at 15 stone 4lb, believe me every pound of it showed.
I can see a difference already, the stomach has gone done a bit but probably more to it being empty rather than weight loss.
I just keep telling myself that summers on the way and I don't want another one where I'm covered up all the time.
This is the first time in years that I actually think that I can do this!
Keep going, you're doing brill. X
