    Question Question on weights of meat on SS+

    I was thinking of doing SS+ today and having white fish with salad.

    I have noticed the weights used are pre-cooked weights, but what about if something is frozen? Surely a frozen item would be heavier? Or should I wait for it to defrost before measuring?

    I might just be talking complete rubbish here, but its just a question that's been on my mind! Thanks

    26/02 Week 7 - 4lbs loss (SS+)
