Quinoa (Stage 3 and beyond)
I know deviating from my Cambridge 'bible' probably isn't the best idea, but I was wondering if anyone has tried quinoa as a starchy food instead of cous cous/potatoes etc? It just seems like a slightly healthier alternative than wheat/heavier stuff on the page but as it's not listed I dare not try it. I think its probably more of a protein as well so a bit lost!
any Cambridge consultants ever been asked before? If not I'll just leave it till I have finished the maintenance!
