Hi all I've just started step two today as I have a few health problems, wanted to start at the lowest really as wanted to lose fast but wasent aloud. Glad I didn't, have struggled all day, hunger has been fine, tiny headache but nothing that bothers me but I've been light headed all day, can anyone else relate to this? How long does it last? I am on strong painkillers so it could be that! X

Hi gemgems. I started on step 2 (I get anaemia) and have lost over 2stone so far with just under a stone to go til I'm at goal. I found the first few days hard. I felt hungry and tired and light headed and had a headache but after day 3/4 that passed and I felt great. I didn't feel hungry and started to enjoy the diet and watching myself shrink!

Just keep going for for a few more days and the hard part will be over. I found that sticking to the high protein low carb options (so meat and fish instead of chick peas etc) helped with getting into ketosis.

Im sure you'll do great just keep at it!

Thank you, not feeling light headed today, got a bit of a headache but I'm struggling with the amount of water you need to drink so that may be why. And after a few awful products I actually found a couple I don't mind! So fingers crossed it will get easier x

I spent the first couple of weeks trying just about every product. I can't stomach the tomato soup or the mango shake at all. Glad you're feeling better. I make myself have a pint of water before breakfast and coffee in the morning. And I have fizzy water to break up the watery monotony as well as the odd squash or water flavouring. Green tea and peppermint tea are good too.
