Cambridge diet step 2
Hiya ok so this is my first attempt at cambridge diet I start on Monday 14th and I'm really excited as I need to lose at least 3 stone for that summer bod, a few things I'm worried about is the blips which I don't want to do as I was to be committed and prove everyone wrong , what's the worst struggles and what can you do to stop cravings?
