Here we go again, man with another plan...

Hi all, back on the Cambridge once again. I have done SS previously and lost near on 6 stone. Unfortunately I did not keep up the good work and have since put on a further 7.5 stone. I seem to loose the weight then go back to previous ways so the yo yo never stops.

I am feeling positive about the process as always and will try and continue after although have such a long road ahead of me. When I think about it I feel so ashamed of having lost so much then put it all on plus more. So stupid of me!

Anyway, managed to locate my old Consultant who I found great and she came to me last night at short notice. I have started on plan this morning and am feeling ok so far. Upon reflection once I have got into the plan I have felt at my best on Cambridge.

Thanks Chrissy, looks like you are doing really well which is great. I am freezing cold on day one but other than that I am good. Having done this once before for 5 months I struggle to comprehend not eating regular for such a long period of time.
