step 2 815 calories newbie
I just finished the first week in CD and I started from step 2, I don't have a bunch of support system in my here and I don't want to lose track on my diet, so what advices you can give me? also how many time a month am I supposed to weight myself???
also any suggestion on how I can make the shakes taste better??? I found If I add a shot of espresso to the (chocolate, vanilla toffee ... ) shakes it taste better so any advice on the others? also what about the soups do they taste good?
and final question are we aloud to have cheat meals? and if so how often???
You shouldn't really have cheat anythings. But I do eat out at least a couple of times a month but choose protein and veg. You can weigh yourself whenever you like. Most are weighed by their cdc once a week to keep track of things. As for making things taste better think about adding cinnamon or nutmeg to the sweet shakes or having them warm and as for the soup I like the oriental chilli and the leek and potato but I add pepper and sometimes other spices to them to give them a little frisson.
As for tips, the best thing you can do is stick to the plan, drink lots and find something you like to drink such as green tea and have it with everything. When you feel hungry (or just a bit empty) start off with a glass of water or tea and then have your shake or soup.
