Hi I've been doing Cambridge diet for 3 days now and been getting on ok sticked to it and feeling great But. Not a lover of milkshakes so it's killing me a bit but today I just couldn't stomach another shake and had 2 boiled eggs instead.
Doing sole source plus it was a one off but have I completely done something wrong and ruined my 3 great days
In a nutshell, no.
You could have made worse choices hun. Better if you have something like tuna or cottage cheese as they are allowed on Ss+ but eggs are still ok.
If you'd have had a burger you'd have been stuffed because of the carbs....
Don't beat yourself up over it. Today is another day for being 100% ?
Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
Week 11 - 15: -10.5lbs and -12.5 inches
Week 16: +1.5lbs. Went from SS to Step 3 in same week! Not surprised at the gain!
Week 17: -3.5lbs and -4 inches step 3!
Week 19: -1.5lbs and -2.5 inches
Week 20: -1.5lbs 11st 8 1lb off Barbados target
Total Loss: 48.5lbs and 46.5 inches
