Week 3 HELP!!!
I'm on week three of cambridge first 2 weeks I has four replacement meals a day and have lost a stone but this week I have started eating a meal and feel terrible really lethargic and hungry all the time. I have done the wee on a stick and it says I'm not in ketosis anymore us that normal?
Any tips or meal ideas would be brilliant my consultant is lovely but not much help.

If you're incorporating a meal then you should have protein and veg. No carbs. The book your consultant gave when you first started will have some ideas in it. To keep you in ketosis you should go for chicken and broccoli or something similar. I have tuna, egg and salad leaves regularly or egg and asparagus dipped in the yolk.
Just lay lay off the carbs and the allowed foods such as chick pea have a higher carb factor that the chicken or tofu or fish. Popping out of ketosis will be why you feel a bit rubbish too.
