    Ladies....TOTM!

    Hi ladies.

    I was wondering how you all deal with the time of the month. I have been on Cambridge for 3 weeks now and I can feel it approaching. I feel so tired and slightly weak, does It get better? I dread to think what I will feel like when the event actually happens!

    I also noticed that I gained 3 lb. ...how? Water retention?

    Yes there is a bit of water retention around your totm so don't worry and paradoxically drink more water as that'll help. You may find that your totm is heavier or lighter than usual. The dramatic change in diet can have that effect. If you usually sit with a hot water bottle and chocolate then get some choc shakes and maybe a bar and just plough on through. You can do it but it's not easy. After the first time though the week after is a doddle. I usually sts at my totm but the get a good drop the next week. Good luck

    I was absolutely starving the days running up to my totm. It was hell. I really don't know how I got through it! But on about day two of my cycle I was back to normal. My belly is huge though so I've been drinking more as someone said drinking lots of water helps water retention as weird as it sounds.
