    Hey there welcome along!!

Water water water is rule 1. And rule 2....distraction! This diet gives you the gift of time as you no longer need to cook so take the opportunity to use your Time elsewhere

Oh, an eye on the prize! Once you get through the first 3 days, it's much easier and the scales (and your clothes) will make up for not eating

    Current loss: 6lbs
    Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
    week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
week 11: -6lbs (new measurements taken)
    week 12: -2lbs and -3.75 inches
week 13: -2lbs and -3.25 inches it's going to take forever at this rate..
week 14: STS and -3 inches. Don't even talk to me today!

Total Loss: 43lbs and 37.5 inches

I'd echo the water recommendations. Also, I find I'm enjoying doing things like putting on a face mask or beauty treatment. I did this brilliant foot thing that you leave on for an hour to get rid of excess dry skin. An hour is just long enough for streaming another episode of crime drama. And tidying, lots of that. And water :-)

Word of warning about glass of water next to your bed. I used to keep a glass of water on my bedside cabinet and have a drink after my midnightly visit to the loo. Until the night I was sooo tired I basically threw water into my own face. I was suddenly very awake and very wet. Now I have a reusable bottle with a sports cap by my bed.

Well done for getting through day 4, I'm just finished day 1!! I can't wait to be on day 4! It shudnt take long to lose 2.5stones not on this diet especially if you stick to it!! My weight losses ( when I did it before) were always fab!! I'm not fussed by the bars! But they are handy to have in ur handbag for those moments when your out longer than planned etc x

I've got lots to lose - about 6-7 stone I'm not sure yet I'll decide when I get there!! But I know I can do it!! The good thing with the bars is they take ages to eat (well they used to) - I used to cut mine in half and it felt like I had an extra product lol!! x
