    Another new month, eeepp!

    I'm 1 stone 12.5lbs from goal now, and currently 1.5lbs away from losing 7 stone

    I have 4 weigh ins in May, and I am aiming for 10lbs. I'm still doing C25K, and hoping that by the end of May I can run 5km in one go!

    Ruth can I ask do u do the c to 5k on ss? I started it recently myself that's all x

    Yes, I am - I've been on SS for a while, so my body is settled on it. I'm half way through week 5, and beginning to consider stepping up, to help with muscle recovery etc. Keep going with C25K, it's a fab plan!
