Not a pleasant topic but does anyone else have tummy issues?
Current loss: 12lbs and 7.5inches
Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
Week 11 - 15: -10.5lbs and -12.5 inches
Week 16: +1.5lbs. Went from SS to Step 3 in same week! Not surprised at the gain!
Week 17: -3.5lbs and -4 inches step 3!
Week 19: -1.5lbs and -2.5 inches
Week 20: -1.5lbs 11st 8 1lb off Barbados target
Total Loss: 48.5lbs and 46.5 inches
I used to have that when I had bars. No more bars = no more tummy trouble for me!
Started Cambridge 8th Jan
Out of desperation (5 hours in a car I had run out of water and only had a bar with me) I ended up having two bars in one day. Now I know that's not meant to be ok on Cambridge. But I will never do that again. I got very windy and noisy tummy pops. They were quite stinky too! And poos were a little quick and loose. Luckily I'd made it out of the car. Y the time the troubles hit! Not had any problems with other products though!
