    Day one

    Hello everyone,

    I'm Toni I'm 30 years old and have re started Cambridge today, I done Cambridge back in 2010 after I had my 1st little boy Jenson, I weighed in at 15.11 and managed to get down to 12.3, then I relapsed I ate everything and basically just re gained, I then fell pregnant with my 2nd son Zachary who is 14 months old. I feel ugly, fat, uncomfortable, unhealthy and it's effecting my life so I have decided enough is enough! I re joined today weighing in at 15.6 I'm going to try and do sole source for as long as I can! I have a two week holiday booked for August 4th and my best friend has just asked me to be her bridesmaid in march next year!

    Good luck! You at least know how hard the first 3 days are but how rewarding the results will be, just keep focusing on hoe you want to look in 6 months. That's keeping me on track every day now

    Week 16 - 20: -5lbs and -6.5 inches

    Week 27: -6lbs (12st1lbs)

    Total Loss: 41.5lbs and 44 inches

    Hi Liz thanks for the reply, yes I'm dreading the 1st 3 days but I do really need to do this, I've been a yoyo dieter for years always on some sort of diet but never ever reaching my goal!

    Well just made lunch for the Hubbie and kids and got away with it didn't even nibble just drunk water!

    Well done! It feels hard at the moment to resist, and it'll feel even harder tomorrow but you're doing really well! I still love cooking even though I never taste anything lol
